edit:
remove the absolute height from the element with id="logo" that will fix all problems.

Does really account creation doesn't work? Did u do everything correct? I've created few accounts on 3 diffrent comps and phone and everything was working good. Element with logo... u mean header, yea? I deleted height from there but idk what've changed but thx for that.
