What is Azura?
Azura is a 7.4 World which is gonna expand itself with later versions of content added into 7.4
In Azura you will experience the gold era of tibia and 7.4 version all of systems are gonna be adjusted to behave just like real tibia.
We do not intend to be 1:1 copy the game is gonna be a little bit harder due to the fact that players already got masterfull experience of 7.4 and can gain levels in ways not intended in the original game therefore we are gonna make gaining experience harder with new form of never seen stages.
We Know that monsters are a bit too easy to kill that is why we are gonna increase their combat levels and defence for mid and high range creatures.

Gameworld Changes

Soul Points - We believe these were never truly a part of 7.4 but we have got few ideas how to use them:
1. Allow Mages to Create blank runes using it.
2. Permit all players to use exevo pan in exchange for only soul points.


Vocations & Gamebalance

Every Vocation in tibia is unique and has it's strong benefits and sides but for 7.4 the game was pretty unbalanced.
7.4 is mainly focused on semi-afk game such as training and runemaking that is why we should not try to forcefully change it but embrace it.
Everyone wants to be the best and balancing vocations in 7.4 is hardcore task people want it to be single player game or atleast to have ability to play by themselves We want players to be encouraged to play in team aswell as solo and for both playstyles to be rewarding that is why tasks are not gonna be party share-able.
Most of servers that are featured overkill Paladins strength and make them too powerfull that is why we need to decrease their strength in combat by atleast 10%
Old quests not rewarding imagine going to broadsword quest in todays age when the knowledge of tibia is so great it seems like a useless quest those should be tweaked to be more rewarding perhaps even giving some experience just for finishing them? Or maybe some extra gold too.
Rookgaard expansion is due because in its current state it feels like the place is missing a few valuable hunting grounds to fit more than 300 players at same time we made spawntime faster and allowed overspawn to work and also will disable blocking spawns for 1st hour of server meaning monsters will spawn even with player on screen to speed up leaving rookgaard.

not quite suitable for the rates imo
people can literally bully you/kick you out with that frag system. Combine that with like 1.8x exp rate at some point and it becomes an unplayable game

you are right it wasnt coming to me at first but i realize now
updated.

ban time increased to 5 days. (previously 3 days is not long time especially for sd chars)

also we had some testers in few days ago that helped me find last of things that were missing

fixed ornamented shield quest *( the quest was scripted but not properly implemented)
fixed giant spider hole quest *( the quest was scripted but not properly implemented)
fixed 3sd quest *( the quest was scripted but not properly implemented)
fixed ornamented step on and step out (implemented fresh fully working code)
fixed banshee queen not talking ( the npc had a bug within the code that didnt allow player to speak to the npc)
fixed banshee kiss seal ( could not speak to npc and finish the seal)
fixed banshee magic wall stepon ( magic wall was not showing up on the stepIn tile(previously banshee quest was shortcuted due to highrate server)
fixed family brooch ( didnt exist on highrate)
fixed Dalbrect (allowed players to immediately travel now you need the family brooch)
fixed quest doors ( bug where player could step on mailbox and logout/get stuck)
fixed map bugs ( some missing tiles while editing quests )
fixed all captains to respond to sail ( added a line of code with response to keyword sail that was missing)
fixed spellbook from magic shops (previously could not buy spellbook)
fixed some keys and quests ( missing keys added)
fixed rook quests not giving exp (rapier quest was not giving experience)

There is few more test phases we will be doing with the testers and hopefully will achieve a "Golden status" for this gameworld before opening for all quests for highlevels too

we have made rookgaard more fast paced by adding experience to the quests!

also have removed the spawn of necromancers from venore above amazons decided it will better fit in white raven monastery island expansion during first week

Nice man, think those rates are great! not sure what I think about going below the x1.. but I understand the reason.. but maybe gets really boring, it really goes that slow.

but if its 1x after 80 lvl people still make lvl 100 in few days i want to make it longer so people don't do poi in first month or two of server you know. and then want to focus on adding further content that might just make it feel like exping on x1 + I want people to focus on their skills a bit more.

Ps knight have a very powerful exori spell rather than classic 7.4 to further balance the mages regen that is x2.
Paladin will have more weapons such as new crossbows and bows and also access to assasin stars and infernal bolts late in game that still have to be rebalanced a little.

Allright. Sounds legit! I understand mate, think it's smart to do so. Love the idea, I mean in real pp focussing skills way more then lvl, and only way to achieve this, is by offering the right balance with profitabilty of hunts, speed, and how easy it will be to access on runes. If that cycle is somehow difficult you will get what ur aiming for, I think.

But I feel like the x2 on skills andML and the stages are really slow (which is perfect), but the X2 on loot is maybe to high. Not sure if people will profit their hunts so hard they will spawm mana fluids and create runes that easy. Don't forget u also have X2 charges on ur runes.. think that balance isn't working. but maybe I am wrong.

How will you prevent rune farms and botters? Is MC allowed? if somehow people can setup 3/4 runemakers it will give you such high advantage on long term servers. I belive one runemaker, or a mage to spawm a monk for training should be fair.. but more MC's will kind of destroy ur plan for the server to be long term I think.

2mc is allowed and yes i think i forgot to update website but loot is x1 im gonna update it now

there will be hardcoded max 3 clients per IP and we will look at anyone who uses more than 2 mcs.
Also all runes will be tracked and people who abuse the game weakness to create more runes will be banished along with their makers.

Oef yea.. would be a good concept for soul points. Like the idea..

If you need any help (tutors, or help you with other administration tasks) would love to assist you on that, being long in this game and love the concept ur creating here. Im an professional scripter (as a job), so always happy to help in case u need staff. (Don't need anything for it btw) just enjoying this community, and love people who are so motivated to develop such a project (I understand from the past it's hard work).

I hope ur server is that potential, u are be able to built an solid player base, without the server dieing within a couple of weeks. But most of the time, rates are destroying this, think ur set well on this.
