Post count restrictions

Personally (And I know a lot of other people will agree with me), I hate the 15 posts to enter the downloads section rule. Most people who download things don't have the patience or the charisma to fraternize with everyone else. Why should they be limited to what they can download? I think no matter how many posts you have, you should be able to access the downloads section.

Im already sick to see posts like "asdasdasdasdasdas". Personally I think that the new members should look around and get some posts without spaming/flaming.
