haha not bad for a first try! there's a lot for you to do in perspective studying. for example face details is not straight. they also go 45degree direction same goes for the face itself. other than that just keep on studying shading and forms. you will do great if you continue!

second one has better perspective if he is suppose to fly, but try redo the right arm(left arm of the pokemon) and tentacles/ears. at the moment he has one tentacle on his forehead and one on its side.
