Windows Problem Connection...

I have a problem quite seriously and not because it is, when open a ot 8.42 people do not let it only leaves the list of characters, but if i open a ot 8.4 putting the same ip if allowed to enter.
As i can fix it?
I only have the ports 7171 opening, I need any more?

you need to open port 7172

I have a problem, what happens is that in my router if i open the port 7171, i cannot open ports 7172.
