Problem with Levers!

Hi guys
i'm wondering if someone have the same bug as me using TFS 0.4!

example , like in poi...
we use the lever, and the bridge does not create!!! :S
only if i LEAVE the lever screen, and appear's there again
then will show the tile on map

Example: When I push the poi's lever to go DLs I have to leave the screen and back to the bridge be open.

how do I fix this?

I have this problem too if anyone knows the solution. I have the actionid on the lever
