Problem with Localhost Web

everytime i wan enter this sites (http://localhost/security/xamppsecurity.php) it said Error. . pls help me.. i rlly wan ply an ot server :S

the error said:

Failed to Connect

Localhost means IP 127.0.0.1..So we can't connect to yout databse.

You can connect of course.

1. Open Xampp.
2. Run Apache, mysql.
3. Go to http://localhost/security/xamppsecurity.php and try to connect. There should be a window now with internet explorer/firefox etc... with the information to change the password.

IF it doesnt work, try to reinstall xampp, best version would be 1.66.
