Windows Problems with Run Big Map on TFS 0.3.6

Hello,
I have problem with my server (i have edited map RL 93,8 MB)

I have system 64-bit and compiled TFS 0.3.6pl1 on this system.
But when i run this error show me always when the server is started ;S

I installed Java , netframework 3.51 What i must do else ?

Somebody know what's happen ?

(I'm from poland and have on polish hosting service ; s )
(Windows 2008 R2 64-Bit Web Edition)

Maybe change OS ? but on windows 2008 ? or windows 2003 ?

no, a 64 bit compiled server works perfect on windows 2008 web edition (i already tried it, no problems so far). Compiling your server on a 64-bit system does not mean that its 64 bit. You need (pre-)compiled libs/headers for 64 bit else its still 32-bit.
