Cipsoft wants to be otserv, for sureeeeeeeeeeeee!

I wouldn't say that they want to be like open tibia servers, I'd say that they finally realised what they can do, maybe because of OTservers.

Tibia can do so much to improve the game, these are a few steps in the right direction.

Most mmorpgs already have pvm and/or pvp arenas, not suprised if they release an arena for pvp later on as well...
