question about dat and spr

Well hi, since tibia has made a lot of progress since 9.83, i was wondering to get the items otb of the last version and use it in map editor, i think it makes no problem (my server is 9.83) but also i would need dat and spr of the last version right? Can i get those dat and spr of the last version and put them in my client? will it work fine?

Can you explain better what you are asking?

What I understood is:
Can I run my MapEditor with the latest sprites, yes you can.
Can your server 9.83 handle it, most likely NO. If you manage somehow to use the OTB of the latest version then you would need to use latest dat/spr, which will make a bigger problem with the client.

Try to elaborate a better question, the say'd on top of this is just an educated guess on what you are asking.

sorry, english is not my languaje...but you got it very well, the thing is, now that i know that i can use map editor with the latest sprites, can my 9.83 server run with for example, 10.41 dat and spr? (in the client)
