Hello, I just wanna know, why do I sometimes get gray reputation points instead of green? ;>

Well, I mean... There is like only an option for 'I approve', and I don't think the user who rates me decided to give me a gray one lol, idk what that one is ^.-

Explanation please? :<
I've got 3 gray :(

I pretty sure it's from users who has a low post count. And I don't think they count in on your reputation points.
 
Yes :P see it like this for example: users with above 50 posts that give rep. Give you 2 points, users with less then 50 posts that give you rep. They give you 1 point. I dont know the correct count, this is just an example :)
 
No, it's not true Jonern. I only had 'I aprove' when I gave him reputation the last time.

What Jonern says is true, you cannot choose gray but it gives gray reputation (which doesn't make any difference) if you have too low activity.

You cannot give negative reputation anymore because it doesn't make anyone happy, so either you give someone reputation or you don't.
 
Okay now another wierd thing... I counted my rep points today, I had 7 greens, 3 grey BUT now I got another and I count them: still 7!

Also it says I have 22 rep, how comes? And I know for sure I actually do have 22, it first was 10 and I've followed them when they've increased... It's like they just disapear :S Or idk what ^.-

OR it could be this way: 1 green rep = 3 points, 1 grey = 0.4

7*3 = 21
3*0.4 = 1.2, floor = 1
21+1 = 22 :confused:

Okay, that explains everything lool! But I think I have over 10 greenies, shouldn't I have two greenies displayed then? ^_^
