The best hip-hop artist for me atm is Eminem. I've listened to him for like 10+ years.
He has an awesome flow,awesome beats made by Dre,and never failed at rhyming.
Today,all i hear,are black WANNABE artist,who can't get their text with the beat,which is truly sad.
