Real Map and sql server

Hello, I'm new about this..

But I need a sql server that work with an real map, include spawn files and house files.

If someone knows someting about where to find this ones, or can link me to anyting, I'll be very greatful.

I'm also pretty new with sql servers, but I know how to do. The only thing I need is a pretty good real map with spawn files include all house files.
