Real Map OT's

So in hopes to improve my own server and learn a little more on what features are currently in demand. I'd like to ask, when concerning RL Map OT's, what is it that you look for? What sort of features would make you want to play such servers?

Full real Map, with all real Map areas access able the way they are suposed to, all Quests added.

Real Map is pretty big and enough to hold people of level 600+

It depends really, but people really get bored if it's hard to get to level 30, make it like the top server in otservlist.org
