It was rarely on time before that either. But that's the way it is, it's quite hard to meet an exact deadline when it comes to voluntary projects. Elf doesn't work 8 hours a day on this, he's using his spare time to help you guys. Expect some delay.

It wasn't released because on the last days, many bugs were reported (you have to imagine that they weren't planning these bugs to happen), and they are trying to fix them by the next release.
