* Distance weapon hit chance is now determined by skill and distance to target.
* Distance missing position is now more randomized.
* Added "maxHitChance" to items.xml

There are a lot of new functions and things in 2.9, maybe that's why 2.9 isn't released yet, probaly there are a few bugs too, just be patient.

Reasons why 0.2.9 is not released yet:
SqLite don't (save OR load (not sure)) attributes correctly.

Reload talkactions only reloads xml file, not lua scripts.

Percent/skill bars meter is not displayed correctly (only working correctly for experience/level bar).

When blood decay it is changed to pink.

All distance weapons except the ones in weapons.xml has the attribute 'removecount'.

yes, there are some bugs.

What do you prefer? Release a version with bugs or with no bugs? O.O
