REMAKE NEEDED!!!!

Hello, So I am trying to basically remake an OT as custom as possible. I am not able to make spirits by any means, and I am wanting to make new monsters, New Weapons, New Armor, New Characters, New addons. Basically I want to remake TIBIA but I need some help. would like to get together with someone, or a few people or are dedicated to making basically a new game. New spells, new looks for everything, floors ingame objects, Everything. I have a concept but im going to need some help. Who ever is down please let me know ASAP
