Remove item and make it come back after a few seconds?

when i click on a wall i want the wall to be removed, i am new with Lua and I dont know how. Can you help me what I should add in this script to make the wall remove when I click it? I only made so my character says hello when i use on it.
heres the position and actioid if you guys need it:

Item ID: 9373, Action ID: 24323
Position: 1472, 1495, 7

my current script:

You can remove the item you clicked on using

item:remove()
