Removing quest requirements!

Hello! I currently have a TFS 1.1 version. I am trying to remove the access quests, so that players dont have to do certain quests in order to reach, for example, Yalahar. Does anyone know where i might change this, in what folders etc ??

Depense on the action players do when they are being denied to continue because they didn't do a certain quest.
If it's an npc, look in data/npc. If it's an item, look for an action or uniqueid and if you're supposed to click use on the item look for this id in data/actions/actions.xml to locate the lua script or if you're supposed to step on the item, look in data/movements.
