Removing trash from map

Hey there,
Im working on a 8.0 realmap for my tfs 1.2 server.
now i found this map: https://otland.net/threads/real-map-8-0.244431/
however the map is full of empty vials and corpses etc
Is there a way to delete them all at once?

Sure, open map whit rme
go to edit -> other options -> remove items by id
but it might remove items that is suposed to be in the map aswell
