Water pipes are available. "Drunk" status or is available, easily be high, easily script affects like haste/paralyse/healing HOT affects for using the item

Modsern tibia hasa bunc of new potions and things, why not other medicinals?

i have not played Medivia for 2 years but i remember they had a Smoke Pipe You had to collect twigs/weed to use the Pipe
