[Request] Jail Script

I Was Wondering if anyone could make me a system which would teleport a player to a specified area once they have 2 unjustified kills and and keeps them there for five minutes and i need it to tell them that they will be there for fiifteen minutes and then teleports them back to a specified position and then teleports them back if they kill another person.

Also i need this to work with TFS 0.2.13 modified by giesor
