[REQUEST][Movements] Trainers Script

i have asked for this before and i did manage to get the monks to summon but this is what i want:

i need a script that when u stand on square with action id 20001 a monk will summon on the squares north-west, north-east, south-west, south east of the player and when u step off it removes the monks from these positions, the script will need to reusable without changing the unique id of the tile or having to duplicate the script e.g, 1 script, 40 tiles with unique id.
can someone please help me!!!
