[Request]NPC Broadcast a msg per 6 hrs

well i was wondering if it is possible to make a NPC broadcast a msg per 6hr or something (i mean a time chosen by u)
don't give me a npc that broadcast randomly maybe every 10 mins or 5mins i want to decide for example 1hr=1hr
2hr=2hr

coz last time i requested this the guy gave me a npc that broadcast randomly not in a certain time.

NOTES:
1- I am using TFS
2- I am using REV.822
3- I am using tags
4- i am using jiddo system
5- i want it to have account type 5 and group id 5
