[REQUEST] Spell little hard to do!

I need a spell that when i say (sample): Exura gran sio.

Then my arrow of the mouse becomes a target (like when you use runes)
and if i use this target in the ground or in some one, it executes the script...

just that, the rest i have some idea!

No problem if it need to use a talk action!

The thing about the arrow of the mouse is impossible.
