Windows Restarting level

I need help for restart the level of the players in my ot...
Currently I'm using phpMyAdmin, and I need a query to restore the level of all players to level 8, to start again all at once. Is it possible?
Help please...

And... How i can restart the shielding for paladins?
I tried, but nothing.

Only setting 10 shielding for paladins will be more complicated than this below - this query will reset all players skills to 10.

UPDATE player_skills SET value = 10;
