Ok. So I've searched on the forum, I can't find what I need exactly.

Is there a map editor that works for 9.31? I've been to RMEs site but it's an older version. . . At least to my knowledge.

I know that it's a noob question but I can't find a direct download anywhere they're all taking me to different download sites. I just wanna start mapping again.
