Round 2: What Client Version Would You Play

As the title says, To elaborate what client version would you first play for an extremely custom/unique open tibia server

I would love to use 0.3.7 (9.6) but I always see 8.6 servers exploding with players, where most 9.6 servers have 0 players

Also pick what you feel would be most played -

Ya i checked otservlist and it looks like 90% of servers if not more are 8.6, very small % are 9.6

i voted for 9.~ because the easy way of botting on the 8.6
and as is known botting destroyed the game

what about skipping the boring parts of a game (exping for hours and hours, especially profithunts which are totally boring) and go straight to pvp whats the real fun of tibia (for me) obviously only in versions upto 7.72

theres no pvp in 9.6+. well war servers arent popular cuz the thrill of tibias pvp is/used to be that it was very skillbased and that u had huge losses/wins wenn dying/killing someone in tibia on war servers u cant get that feeling.

Really? Its before you can stack hp/mp pots though, my last server was 8.54 that was pretty successful but people would 24/7 complain about not being able to stack them haha

Uhm, what in the hell are you talking about?
Isn't this why OpenTibia was made? You can have 7.6 PVP system on 9.6.

So, why 9.6? More features, more sprites, more cool stuff.

I'd have to say 7.x, 8.0's are fun but they usually have a ton of bugs =/

@Evan, you can get the pvp (No hotkeys for runes/fluids) But you can't give the players that special feeling, for me 7.x pvp isn't just about the aiming, the exhaust system and the damage system. it is also about the map and the old looking sprites, it adds a special feeling at least if you played back in the day, which cant be replaced.

I have played a few 8.x servers with 7.x pvp system, they were fun but not as fun as playing a 7.4 server, for some people it might just be about the pvp though this is just my opinion.

8.0 was actually quite fun, being able to heal and shoot at the same time though was what made me decide cipsoft had fucked up the pvp system.
