Run with ctrl + mapclick

In global Tibia, we can run by holding CTRL and click on map.

We can't do this anymore because the TFS creators don't want to and every server is based on TFS, so there is not an option.

Everybody is using elfbot, magebot and other stuff to walk faster and I recuse to use it.

How can I disable this "thing" from my server and play fairly with no cheats?

you could disable pathfinding in case the item player used is a ground one... it might do the trick

Very hard to find a solution on that.. Even real tibia tried, they have found a "way". But they have no proves.
