[Rune] Sudden Death Rune Tfs 0.4

I have a problem with my sudden death rune, you can change the distance
attack?
I mean
to use the sudden death rune I have only to be near the monster or
character and I want this attack far as normal :/

I don't know the tfs 0.4 but in 0.3.6 there is in spells.xml something like this

allowfaruse="1"

Try to find something like this
(1 means allow far use, 0 means do not allow xD)
