Is someone who was playing ur server for long time
Someone who was qualified to become Tutor
And he kept helping people
Getting GM's from here isn't a good idea..mostly people looking to power abuse it

100% agree, But! The people in my OT don't have any "skill" i'm looking for. With skill, I mean PHP, Photoshop, Lua, c++ etc.
Thats why I posted this ^^
