Player logged-in on tile with moveevent onStepIn that tried to teleport player to other position. That other position also has onStepIn that teleport player to other position and it went into infinite loop of teleports.
It should end with error in console stack overflow, but for some reason it crashed.
You can search for onStepIn script that does :teleportTo on player that walk in, but it will be hard.

I would compile server in debug mode and wait for next crash. Then there should be more information.

Thank you for your prompt and detailed response, I will see all the movement scripts that I added, for now I added a no-logout zone where all the actionid and uniqueid of the map and the server has not crashed, I will continue monitoring.

'fromPosition' generated by engine was wrong and it went into infinite loop.
I had to rewrite all onStepIn scripts, to make them detect if fromPos == toPos and teleport to temple in this case.

Searching for bug like that is almost impossible without 'debug mode' compilation. When I saw action id, fromPos and toPos values, I found reason in few minutes.

Something similar happened to me with the bosses, after leaving the lever boss and having exhaust you just pushed the entrance teleport and you were sent to the frompos which is the boss's room. But it was already fixed by preventing the push to teleports. And I can say that the crash bug has already been solved by adding a no-logout area where the action / uniqueid is located, thanks for the help @Gesior.pl
