Scripter Skull system TFS 1.3 (Revscript/C++)

Hi,
I am woundering if anyone out there would like to give it a try.
Create a system like this:
Should exists something for old 0.4 systems.
Top 5 players skull system:

Top 1 (Level): Black Skull
Top 2 (Level): Red Skull
Top 3 (Level): Green Skull
Top 4 (Level): Yellow Skull
Top 5 (Level): White Skull

Information that might be needed:
OTServBR (Global) 12.61 (Called OTBR)
Scripting knowledge: Revscript, C++

OBS. Skulls that doesn't drop any items on death
I can pay through Paypal, Credit Card, Swish, Might be able with some else but those are in my mind.

What I want at purshase/payment = proof of it working the way I want it to.
Discuss price/hour or your price for the script in the comment below.

Also:
The reason I am not doing this myself Is because that I simply can't enter this advanced stuff due to lack of knowledge.
Currently lurning LUA coding, but slightly at the beginning of it..
