Make poi dragon lord respawn quicker.

I waited 10min on spawn and not 1 single dl respawned.
Then i got bored and left, who knows they might not even spawned yet:<
 
I have an idea, when your under lvl 6 at mainland you will be tp'ed to rook as non vocation. and if you have red skull you should still have it :p

There is no need to increase the ammount of dragon lords, just make the spawn alot quicker then it already is.

I think no. Max combo of paladin is 1/2 druid's ue, if exura san be reduced, rp will be easy frag easiest than ed.
