Small "WallLever" problem

Hello otland.

I was mapping a castle. I want some paths that are unlockable when you switch a lever. No problem, we all know the walllever script right? But I encountered an other problem.

I made a carpet and a table, with a stairs hidden beneath it.
This is the idea:

As you can see, switching the lever once, should remove the carpet, switching twice should place it back. As you also can see, the table and carpet at the stairs location, dont return, but fall down.

Now my question is, how do I prevent items to fall down when created with a switch?
 
Hehe, i needed read this 5 times to understand with what is problem. :p

I dont know how to say it in english, but after switching twice stairs should be changed to standard ground (player will not see what is under).
