I know that, hence the "and I don't think anyone else can, either," part. I'll just have to wait to see if someone can log in, hmm?

It takes me to the bringing up character list, and stops there, if that helps.

Hmm. I've disabled UAC, IIS, tried a load of firewall settings (can't find a list of ports, for some reason... damn Norton), and my friend is getting a "cannot connect to login server" error. D:

Does it work when ur firewall is off? and did you check if ur ports were forwarded correctly through the link i sent you?

Error: I could not see your service on 96.25.59.152 on port (3306)
Reason: Connection refused
With firewall on.

With it off:
Error: I could not see your service on 96.25.59.152 on port (3306)
Reason: Connection timed out

Oh, and http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ says:
Port 3306 is closed on 96.25.59.152.
But... I have my firewall off, port 3306 enabled... I just don't get it. =/

Follow the guides at Portforwarding.com
Remember to set an static IP to your computer and type in your static IP in the adress field. This should open the correct ports on your computer, for your specific IP adress.

I got the global IP to work, but someone else tried it and it said "could not connect to a log in server." This is driving me insane...

Everything seems to work for me, but not other people. D:

Edit: He made it to the character list, but it said connection failed, or something like that, when he tried logging in.

Some options - firewall blocking, private ip, or u must use hamachi or no-ip
#Edit i know what can do this problem, invalid ip adress in config file, try it
