At first it feel like a nice server with nice idea behind it but at current state I unfortunately can't recommend it.
It feels like administration is totally clueless about balance. Server is sort of a chaotic mess of 7.4/7.6 spells formulas and mechanics together with 7.9+.
Admin defends slow and more difficult progress of 7.4/7.6 version but lets look at couple of things that don't make sense, for example:
- Starting at spell level 6 paladins can create 15 power bolts for 120 mana and, at spell level 8 25 power bolts for 160 mana. Moreover power bolts are buffed from 40 to 50 attack leading to paladins already dealing 400+ damage on like level 40 with 80 skill. Back at 7.4 I believe it was 3 power bolts top for like 200 mana. And mind that runes are x1 and making sds is still 220 mana for x1 charge.
- It gets worse! From spell level 9 paladin can make INFENAL BOLTS. 10 of them to be exact for 180 mana XD I have never seen or experienced something out of touch to that extent.
- Knight exori is also buffed in a weird way, current mana cost for it is Level x 2, and a level 30-35 knight with 70 skills can hit 200+ with it. 200+ damage to max 8 targets for 60 mana - balanced, right? And it doesn't stop there as they also get exori gran

- Mages it looks like their damage with runes/spells is around base values and sometimes feels even less than some calculators would suggest thus they feel very lackluster early on compared to what other classes are able to achieve early on.
As you can see we have situation where some numbers are cranked beyond 7.6 environment. Paladins and knights seem to have from newer tibia benefits and significantly boosted damage.
Mage situation feels relatively grim compared to that. Server is low population right now so PvP is not really present but imagine 200+ hits from paladin (probably would be 300-400 with infernal bolt) as a mage and being able to only use regular mana potions healing you for up to 100.
Now take tibiantis for example, it is currently the most accurate 7.4 out there. Now take top 50 players there.
It is 20 EK, 19 RP, 9 MS, 2 ED.
So now imagine this server buffs knights and paladins, and leaves ms/ed weaker.. Sounds like a good idea, what can go wrong right?
Anyway, based on examples above I don't feel like those belong to a low rate environment with how big differences between classes are so early on.
Ppl seem to have tested it on like 200+ characters so I guess later some differences may have lesser impact, but mind you it is x1 rates right now and ppl won't be reaching such high levels any time soon. So right now it is just unbalanced mess which I can't recommend.
