Spawn.xml help

ello there... well i was editing the spawns.xml for my ot but now when i try to load the server i get a couple errors, can anyone help me solve this please?
the errors are:

data/world/hostilityotspawn.xml:4657: parser error : XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
^

data/world/hostilityotspawn.xml:4658: parser error: Extra content at the end of the document
<spawns>
^
[Warning - Spawns::loadFromXml] Cannot open spawns file.
Line: 4658, Info: Extra content at the end of the document

>WARNING: Could not load spawn data.

soo anyone have any idea how i can fix them? please and thankks.=]

Make sure you only have

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

at the beginning of your document.
