I Made some Sprite's,And i Edited them in the Spr,And Tibia.Dat
But idk How to Put them in Items.Otb :(

You should download OtItemEditor or NoxItems if I'm correct.
That way you can get it into your items.otb and create a items.xml so you only have to copy the new items from .xml and paste it to your current one.
