Mehra Server Update - Fixes & Adjustments

⚖️ Hazard & Scaling Changes​

  • Maximum hazard level reduced from 20 to 15.
  • Experience scaling lowered to maintain a fair progression.
  • Mitigation scaling reduced for better balance.
  • Damage scaling significantly lowered to improve survivability.
  • Fiendish monster damage scaling significantly reduced, making them less overwhelming.
  • Minimum hazard level set to 0, allowing players to turn it off when needed (especially useful for the Annihilator Quest).

🔍 Explanation​

The previous hazard scaling was too extreme, making end-game content provide less experience than early-game areas. With this change:

  • Early weak enemies will grant slightly less experience.
  • Harder enemies will be more rewarding since hazard levels can still be applied strategically.

🎁 Loot & Rewards​

  • Horned Helmet added as a final reward for the Demon Oak quest.
  • Grim Reapers drops gold tokens.

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Adjustments​

  • Buddel NPC should now be functioning correctly.
  • Asuras no longer paralyze but will now inflict drunkenness instead.
  • Open world boss spawn time increased from 1 minute to 15 minutes.
  • Auto potion loop crash issue addressed (hoping this fully resolves the issue!).
  • Raid bosses should now properly drop loot upon defeat.

🔥 Spell Balancing​

  • Ultimate Explosion spell damage reduced to match retail Tibia values, as it was previously too high.

  • Players with more than 12 boss points can use this command to teleport to eligible bosses.

⚖️ Hazard System Revamp​

  • Experience Scaling Adjusted: Increased experience is now applied on top of the mitigation boost per hazard level.
  • Exponential Damage Scaling:
    • Damage scaling is now lower at early hazard levels and higher at later hazard levels.
    • Damage at Hazard 12 will now be the same as Hazard 15 previously. Experience scaled accordingly so 12 gives same as 15.
  • Monster Mitigation Increased:
    • At Hazard 15, monster health has effectively doubled, making encounters more challenging.

🏆 Boss & Access Updates​

  • Automatic Access Granted:
    • Oberon and Faceless Bane are now accessible without additional requirements.
  • Expanded !bosstp Talk Action:

The enchantment system was launched a while ago but have been reworked. It basically allows you to enchant your gear to further optimize your character to take on even harder challenges in the global world difficulty system.
