fix charges on elven amulet. did deeper fibula quest, (that i guess was tracked by me?) and got the amulet. hadd 1 charge :O lol, should have like 200 ;p

How many are you now before you go? You need like 20 people. Or else risk of dying and waste of time.

Means that this is where you go to enter the training grounds, where you can train with monks.
