Windows TFS 0.3.6, T 8.6. Best and fastest way to edit and create 100 items?

I know, I create a lot of threads and take a lot of "attention". And I know stuff like this have tutorials and old posts, BUT:

It is all so outdated. And I need stuff specifically for TFS0.3.6 Tibia 8.6.

Are there ANY item-editor-apps compatible with this setup, that are still up on internet for download?

What is the best guide to Item-editing/creating in general, considering the TFS and Tibs version?

Also, why I create and ask such big topics: My internet goes on and off 2-20 times a day so whenever I get the chance I need to upload/download as much info as possible in 1 session

Haha yeah well.. i've come far today, fixed all vocations, promotions, item-vendors, civilians(both NPC and Monsters running around in the city) but I need some template NPC for some quests. Just basic dialogues which is easy to change.. preferably in .xml. Anyone know of a downloadable(specific 1 in some pack)? Or someone have time to type out a basic dialogue NPC which can get me started..?
