Why not Linux? Linux is 100 times better than Windows. The best is official distro: otland/forgottenserver (https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver)

Could you check dir path "C:/Usersoot/Desktop/YurOTS/"? Because config file doesn't exist.

if you need a really really good OT for 8.6 that you will find a lot of useful and working scripts, use this:

[8.60] Latest forgottenserver 1.3/1.4. Clean downport.

I just downgraded the latest forgottenserver 1.3/1.4 and will keep it up to date to master branch. If you want to submit issue (bugs), do it in github repo, not here. Repository: https://github.com/nekiro/TFS-1.4-Downgrades/tree/8.60
