Good morning people, everything fine?

I have a server need that is as follows: players buy VIP items on my server and sometimes they want to exchange. I wanted an NPC that would exchange VIP items (and charge a fee for it) or simply repurchase those items for a lower price, in premium points. Could you help me with this?
