[TFS 1.5]Executable works on my PC, but on VPS it doesn't work

What are the requirements to run TFS 1.5? On my computer it works fine, on the VPS it gives some dll errors, I downloaded the dlls, right after it gave error 0xc000007b... would there be a right way for it to work on any machine?

Im follwing this guide: github.com/otland/forgottenserver/wiki/Compiling-on-Windows-%28vcpkg%29 When i try to open the .exe outisde VB, it crashes without message. Inside VB, this happens. Any thoughts?
