TFS 3.6.0 and "Server Log"

Hello anyone know where i can hide, delete or anything but make invisible chat named "Server Log"? i can't find it :(
 
Its client sided and its not possible to remove it if you are using cipsoft client.
P.S tfs 3.6.0 does not exist
 
so how servers like dbvictory have no server log? is possible to create client looking like normal but with some change?
