TFS asking for libeay32.dll...

Hello, I've compiled TFS rev 3884 under a Windows 7 machine, but when I try to open it, I receive an error message saying it needs libeay32.dll in order to open.

I've downloaded the DLL Files (http://otland.net/f18/opentibia-dll-files-v1-4b-1042/) but they dont come with libeay32.
I want to know if there's something wrong with my TFS, if I just need to download libeay32 from some dll site or if there's a new dll packet for TFS.
