TFS not going

Check your console.log to see if there are any errors if not:
Make sure your version is supported and added to .tfs-version file. If your tfs version is not supported, copy your theforgottenserver file to bin folder and rename it to tfs.custom and put 'custom' as your tfs version in .tfs-version file.

what does console.log says? You probably have an error that stops the OT from starting.
