The Differences Between RME 1.1.10 and RME 2.2

Hey there, I have been stayed away from these things for a long time, and could't understand how to fix them.
Let's come to the bugs, I was using RME 1.1.10. Today I have downloaded RME 2.2, when I tried to import map from 8.54 to 9.60, everything seemed OK except some items like glowing switch turned into a gate. Some floors and items turned into something else, too. What I gotta do to fix 'em? Thanks.

It is because the items have changed ID, or a problem with your items.otb
