TFS-CMS is the one that fits this most I think, simply because the dude who are creating this server, is also creating TFS-CMS.

I think TFS-CMS pwns gesior or nicaw. And they will improve, soon you will get more features to it.

I think it might be your version of MySQL, make sure you have the newest version, same with PHPMyAdmin.

Probably, make sure your user can access the database and that it has all the privileges.

I never liked xampp, I always used MySQL and SQLyog and I've never had that problem. Since I'm not good with SQL errors just wait for someone who knows.
